today....slacking....
art lesson i slept...
nothing for me to do...
netballl....
did runnings from sch...
to stadium..then bus interchange then kennel then back to sch...
after that did 100 clutches,100 boys pushup,500 skipping...
then match play... i played GA...then gathering....
coach say starting frm next week..
mon wed fri and maybe sat are trainings...plus 2 hrs of
self study...thats compulsary of course...
then...holiday maybe trainings four times a week or
even five....opps...i just i cant slack lei....
tired...still got hmwk...

haha today netball training so tough at first but at the end so fun....
today after school,the WHOLE ENTIRE SCHOOL IS ONLY OUR NETBALL PLAYERS!!
so cool...today we got a challenge towards the seniors...
first challenge we won!!!hahaha..
we make them do one whole court of chicken dance and
next forfeit is to let them go second floor at the railings sing songs!!!
haha...so funny..they sing soooooooo loud!
then we got our water break..
they keep asking us to watch out...haha
the next challenge we lost....wa..
they laugh till mad...
they made us do one whole round doing the
chimpanzi action,gorilla action and monkey action...
still must shout out...wa..not so care cause nobody will see mah[except for all netball ppl]
they got their revenge...haha....
so fun!!!

our coach target is 10 mins for 55 laps[increase because she said basketball run more then us]
then we need have a partner,then our partner while taking the medcine ball[3kg] for 150 times up and down,they count the laps we run at the same time...

i ran 52 rounds and punishment is run 3 suicides...
then went we did the medcine ball,wa sooooo pain sia..the back and hand...then
if slack coach will shout...lols

coach target:50 laps
but me ran 49 1/3
then second time:5mins;target:30
i ran 31 1/3
i pass i fail....
lucky...if all fail ned do suicide....
coach shiying today is so angry wibb
vinni cause she show coach attitude...
oh my....lydia hit my mouth when throwing the ball..
i bleed...haha...but i noe it was an accident..
