yesterday i fell down badly during training.
i kena hit by the ball,my spects spoiled,
butt bum on the ground 2 times forward,my hand rub against the parade square.
suprisingly,i had no injuries and i didnt feel pain at all.
i continued my training without my spects.LOL
training was fun except square drill.
i think when they started to rush,their passes anyhow throw.
