Training was fine today. Woke up at 7.10 cause overslept then late for shooting. Shooters all look so tired, then manping saw my face and said very white LOL. Siyian and yuan ning came watch. Everything was fine today, all those dodging and stuffs coach are focusing, turn overs are okay, i got the idea how chiew min run so i can know where to run. Naz didnt defend me after some time, cause she say her leg dk sprain or what. Then coach defend me, when i want run down get lop passes she keep defend, but when i come out, she will like let me go. Then she dont want me lop to manping so she went sandwich her with laylah, so i had to get the ball with split. So, she is helping me, trying to make us or me to run out.
